General Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Group Size (minimum number of passengers): 10 persons – 2 children (under 12 years old) count as 1 adult
  • Fare: Based on the “Liberté” fare (fare code Y)
  • Booking: At least 15 days before departure
  • Payment: Flexible terms to be defined with our Sales Team – Call us!
  • Minimum number of passengers: 10 adult pax; 2 children count as 1 adult
  • Group Fare Conditions:
    All members of the group must travel together on both outbound and return flights.
    Failure to comply with Group fare conditions, deposit payment deadlines, submission of passenger names, or ticket payment will result in the cancellation of the entire Group booking without prior notice.
  • Deposit: 20% of the total amount (excluding taxes) no later than 7 days after contract signature; otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
    • For bookings made 120 days before the flight: deposit is transferable but non-refundable
    • For bookings made less than 120 days before the flight: deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Ticket Issuance:
    Payment of the remaining balance (including taxes): 30 days before departure – Ticket issuance at D-15 through Madagascar Airlines sales offices.
    NB: Any tickets not issued by D-15 will result in seat cancellation.
  • Modification / Cancellation:
    • If group cancellation request is made 31 days or more before departure: No penalty
    • From D-30 onwards: Modification and cancellation not permitted – full fare is due to the airline
  • Refund: Non-refundable before or after the flight, and in case of No Show (failure to present at the airport on the day of the flight)
  • Route Change: Not permitted
  • Date Change: Penalty of EUR 30, subject to availability at the same fare for the entire group; otherwise, fare adjustment applies.
  • Submission of Passenger Names: D-15
  • Name Change:
    • Before ticket issuance: permitted free of charge
    • After ticket issuance: permitted free of charge for up to 2 name changes until D-10. Beyond D-10, a penalty of EUR 30 per ticket applies.
  • Baggage Allowance: Public Economy
    • Cabin: one (1) piece of 5kg
    • Checked: one (1) piece of 20kg
  • Payment: By bank transfer or cash deposit at the bank.
  • Booking Confirmation: Mandatory within 72 hours following reservation.
