Governance Adjustment
Madagascar Airlines informs its partners and stakeholders that a judicial procedure led by the competent authorities is currently underway. This procedure concerns individual situations that fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts. The Company, as a legal entity, is not a party to this process and reaffirms its full respect for the independence of institutions as well as the principle of presumption of innocence.
To ensure business continuity and organizational stability, the Board of Directors has implemented several governance adjustments within the existing framework:
Appointment of an Accountable Manager, in compliance with regulatory requirements and national and international standards in the aviation sector;
Strengtheningof the Collegiate Management, already in place, to ensure enhanced executive coordination and support the Company’s strategic and operational steering.
These measures, adopted in strict compliance with air transport regulations, aim to guarantee the institutional and operational continuity of Madagascar Airlines.
The Company confirms that its operations are proceeding normally. Flight schedules remain unchanged, and all safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance requirements are rigorously applied.
