Terms and Conditions of Sale for In-Flight Snacks (GOML)

Article 1. Products and Services These terms and conditions govern the purchase and sale of in-flight snacks on flights operated by Madagascar Airlines between Antananarivo and the following cities: Antsiranana, Nosy-Be, Mahajanga, Morondava, Toliara, Taolagnaro, Sainte-Marie, Sambava, and Maroantsetra, and vice versa.

Article 2. Availability and Sale Sales period:

  • Snacks can be purchased when booking your flight ticket up to 2 days before departure (D-2).
  • Purchases or modifications can also be made the day before departure (D-1), subject to availability.
  • Sales methods: Snacks can be purchased:
    • Online on the airline's website;
    • By phone through the reservation service;
    • Directly from ground staff during check-in.

Article 3. Prices and Payment Prices: Snack prices are listed on the airline's website and are subject to change. Payment: Payment must be made [indicate accepted payment methods: online, by credit card, in cash, etc.] at the time of purchase.

Article 4. Modifications and Cancellations Modifications: Modifications to snack orders are free of charge and can be made up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations: Purchased snacks are non-refundable.

Article 5. General Conditions Availability: Snack availability is subject to stock on board the aircraft. Allergies and dietary restrictions: Passengers with allergies or dietary restrictions are requested to inform the airline at the time of booking. Liability: The airline undertakes to provide the ordered snacks in the best possible conditions. However, its liability cannot be held in case of force majeure or events beyond its control.

Article 6. Additional Information Snack composition: The composition of snacks can be found on the airline's website or from ground staff. Consumption on board: Consumption of snacks is strictly limited to on board the aircraft.
