Madagascar Airlines Announces Structured Refund Plan for its Tickets

Aware of the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of Paris-CDG flights (scheduled from August and December 2024), Madagascar Airlines (code MD, established in April 2022, launched in 2024) is implementing a structured and progressive refund process for the affected tickets. The airline is committed to processing these requests as quickly as possible, despite a still fragile operational context.

To meet the expectations of its passengers, Madagascar Airlines has developed a structured and progressive refund plan. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • Requests received between April 1, 2022, and August 31, 2024: Processing expected by November 30, 2025, with priority given to the oldest requests.
  • Requests received between September 1, 2024, and March 16, 2025: Processing expected by May 31, 2025.
  • Requests received from March 17, 2025: Processing within a maximum of 30 working days from the date of receipt.

Madagascar Airlines encourages its customers to register their requests only once and in chronological order of occurrence, to avoid slowing down the processing. Files will be processed in accordance with the fare conditions of each ticket, ensuring efficient and fair management.
