Voluntary Refunds

While we strive to meet all our passengers' needs, please note that refunds may be available for our "Liberté" and "Privilège," "Eco Flex," "Premium," and "Business" fares. Certain fares do not permit refunds.

Involuntary Refunds

If your flight is canceled or significantly delayed by the airline, we will offer you alternative travel options, such as rebooking on another flight or a full refund (excluding service fees).

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer service department. You may need to provide necessary documents, such as your identification, ticket, or bank statement if requesting a wire transfer refund.

Travel Vouchers

In some circumstances, we may offer travel vouchers or flight credits instead of a cash refund. These vouchers or credits can be used for future travel on our domestic network. However, specific terms and limitations may apply to the use of flight credits, such as expiration dates or booking restrictions.

Compensation for Flight Delays or Cancellations

If your flight is significantly delayed or canceled, we will do everything possible to minimize inconvenience. This may include providing alternative transportation, meals, or accommodation, where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Baggage

If your baggage is lost or damaged during your flight, please report it immediately to our baggage services team. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
