    • Property irregularity report: Request a property irregularity report from the ground staff and keep it safe.
  • Once your claim is registered, we will initiate an investigation and keep you informed of its progress.

Important:

  • Report the issue immediately upon arrival: The sooner you report the problem, the easier it will be for us to locate your baggage or process your claim.
  • Keep all evidence: Photos of the damage, purchase receipts for missing items, etc., will be essential to support your claim.
